Coutts 2004 Diary on eBay -- £1.99, No Bids Yet

On December 28, 2004 --- with only a few days left in the year --- tracey24689 has decided to list a 2004 Coutts leather calendar on eBay.  The listing points out that this is "a genuine article and very hard to come by."  Yeah, right.  Coutts sent us one every year. 

It's pretty amusing that the 2004 diary is "barley [sic] used."  The listing goes on to say, "I have stated the condition of this item as new but of course it is used but in as new condition."  Let me see.  It's not new, it's used --- but it's in "as new" condition, despite being used.  Barley used.

I'm getting ready to look in the bottom desk drawer and pull out all of our Coutts cheque book covers and diaries.  I have some barley used new/used/but really new diaries from 1989 that should be even more valuable than one from 2004.
