The "bank systems error" that increased our quarterly service charge from £5.00 to £3,625.00. Whoops. Only this time it's not Coutts, it's Daddy -- The Royal Bank of Scotland.

I just had another quick look on eBay and searched under "Coutts." There were some beautiful antique cancelled cheques, but there were also the Coutts freebies.
