Another Former Coutts Customer
As I haven't banked at Coutts for quite some time, it's difficult for me to obtain new grist for this mill. Contributions from readers are always very welcome.
I just received this unsolicited e-mail from another former Coutts customer. (S)he was happy for me to publish this information on this website as long as I deleted any identifying details. I have no way to verify this information, of course, but it sounds just like our experiences at Coutts.

Sir Keith Mills' Variant on the Coutts Sucks Theme
Sir Keith Mills, the tycoon behind the Nectar loyalty card, has his own grievances with Coutts, and has recently started The Coutts AIG Action Group, complete with its own website.

Courtesy of Coutts is a new service promoted, it would seem, by "sponsored" blogs on such websites as "So A Blonde Walks Into A Blog" and "Pointless Directives - More Knowledge Than In A Buttload of Libraries."
